Announcement: Testing of New College of Education Website

The UP College of Education wishes to announce that it is currently testing its new college website which can be found on this address: https://new.old.educ.upd.edu.ph/. The testing will run at least until the middle of February. If you have comments or suggestions to help improve the website, please use this Google Form to share these with us: https://forms.gle/Z7GqZWQkFFy6WfeG6.

In (gender) fairness, Bes! Usapang Bukas, Espasyong Ligtas: A Roundtable Discussion on Schools as Safe Spaces

GAD day to everyone!

The Gender and Development Committee of the College of Education, University of the Philippines, Diliman, will be holding a roundtable discussion on the application of the Safe Spaces Act in schools.  The event titled, “In (gender) fairness, Bes! Usapang Bukas, Espasyong Ligtas, a round table discussion on schools as safe spaces” aims to further raise awareness on how RA 11313 may be specifically applied in education. This will be held via Zoom on January 28, 2023, from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Educ alumni among top passers in LET for elementary, secondary levels

The UP College of Education wishes to congratulate Elaine Lopez Velasco and Dominic Lazar Rolloda for ranking 3rd and 7th, respectively, in the 2022 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) for elementary level. The College also wishes to extend its congratulations to Angela Atencio Arma for placing 10th in the LET for secondary level.

Thank you, Elaine, Dominic, and Angela, for the honor that you have brought to our College. We wish you all the best in your professional journeys as educators of the Filipino people!
