Important Announcement on Extension of Residence (MRR)
For 1st Semester AY 2022-2023
While waiting for the BOR announcement/update on the Maximum Residence Rule (MRR) for 1st Semester 2022-2023, the Office of the College Secretary (OSec) has set JULY 4, 2022 as the deadline for the submission of appeals for extension of residence. This announcement supersedes an earlier advisory (January 20, 2022) that states “students (both undergraduate and graduate) who are supposed to submit letters requesting an extension of residence on May 6, 2022 (for 1st Semester 2022-2023 enrollment) are not required to do so anymore.”
Affected students are now requested to submit their letters and supporting documents so that the OSec can start the evaluation in time for 1st Semester 2022-2023. In the event that the BOR releases an announcement regarding MRR, we will release an advisory as well.

Course Demand Survey Form (CDSF) for 1st Semester AY 2022-2023 | May 28, 2022
The College requests all students who will be enrolling next semester to accomplish the Course Demand Survey Form (CDSF). This form aims to help the Division Offices and Area faculty in planning the course offerings for the coming semester. There is no guarantee, though, that the courses you mark in the form will be offered. Course offerings will depend on the availability of the faculty members who will teach the courses. Please check your inbox as the link to the survey has been sent through the Student Google group.
If you did not receive an email regarding the CDSF, please contact the Office of the College Secretary at educosec.updiliman@up.edu.ph.
Thank you.
