UP Community of Reading Education Advocates (UP CREAtes)
Because reading allows us to build not only ourselves but also our nation, we have set sail — seeking to spread the word about literature and literacy, and forge new routes towards our goals.
From all over the university, we gathered and committed ourselves to a journey. We are setting sail towards a Filipino community that upholds a genuine love for reading and functional literacy for all.
