Having difficulty uploading your Program of Study (POS) through our online system? Here’s a workaround for you to try:
    1. Download the PDF version of the POS.
    2. For those who have PDF editors: use your application to insert your responses in the blanks of the POS. Textboxes work well. Print the POS. For those without PDF editors: print out the POS and fill in your responses with black or blue ink. Write legibly.
    3. Take a photo of your printout (all pages) with your smartphone or a dedicated digital camera. Keep the picture quality at Standard or Low; if you can choose the resolution of the picture, pick 4 Megapixels.
    4. Transfer the file to your computer. Open MS Word and paste the POS photos. Make sure that each photo occupies one page each.
    5. Save the file in DOCX format and submit using the provided form.
